I was unaware of how much mental and emotional trauma I was carrying before starting somatic healing with Katie. I went into it with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised! Katie helped guide me into a relaxed state and helped me accept my thoughts and emotions as they arose. I felt a physical release of energy I had been storing around my heart. It was an odd sensation, but afterward, I felt amazing! It felt like I could see clearer and good posture felt effortless! Since the healing, I feel more aware when I'm storing my emotions in my body. Katie is the best! Powerful medicine!
